Civil engineers
- Castle Hill, Dudley. Client: Halcrow/St Modwen Developments. Ecological Impact Assessment as part of an Environmental Statement for the mixed use development of a 20ha brownfield site. EAD also commissioned for additional inputs including carrying out and co-ordinating Phase 1 and Phase 2 site surveys and providing substantial inputs into the Masterplan for the site.
- Former Snedshill Trading Estate Ltd, Telford. Client: BWB. Ecological surveys, including butterfly survey, to inform major commercial development within Telford.
- Tredegar Park, Newport. Client: Halcrow. Ecological impact assessment for residential development including desk study, Extended Phase 1 survey, reptile and badger surveys.
